Awareness and a Sustainable Future

At the base of the human species, at the level of the ground of life and inteligence, we discover that we all have a common potentiality and a common natural environment, some of us, humans might be aware of it, others can become aware of it:

Subcounscious and counscious processes can be leaded to bring to humanity a collaboration and communication state of awareness, and there for the possibility to use tools and methods that will only work if this awareness is present.And if the intention of collaboration selfdiscovery and cocreation is present.we need to experience in order to feel and know that a new possibility resonates with our inner core, or intention. But what if we are that far away of ourselves that we dont even realize we have been giving away along our life our most prescious values?


If we do achieve this goal, to bring humans to a state of awareness and self education of their own organic and natural potentiality, and to their most natural and common qualities, then, humans will achieve a base-of-natural-behavior, suitable for communication, collaboration and organization, that we can apply for the whole planet.


Human society in 2008 enjoy technology and ways of living created for humans that live with 10-15% of their body, emotional, mind and energy potential. What will happend if we use more of our potentiality and increase awareness? Should our social and organization design and behavior change? Should our culture change? Should our network or company organization change? should our family values and agreements change?

A simple example, is what will happend to a humans team when we increase the use of multiple skills, while leting them all work toghether: for example to integrate emotions, male and female aspects of collaboration and skills, own individual development needs, verbal and nor verbal communication, creativity, nature-life cycles, nature elements inteligence (fire, water, air, earth, ether...) and sensory awareness to human organization.

Probably we will experience that our teams and managers become aware of their own potentiality and start enjoying a working environment in which they can express and communicate as they are. here they can experience and ejoy their own power and find challenges accord their real capacity, dayly, instead of living under 10% of their possibilities.

The working day becomes a selfdiscovery adventure as well as a joyfull experience of our human potentiality we share with our collegues.

As a base for communication, collaboration and co-creativity, we need to start with the human individual, then, later we can lead a collective process of organization.Later,a city can also transform its behavior into an expression of nature principles and collaboration with life on earth. (something cities dont do at the moment)

Multidimensional Management Principles and Mandala of Elements Method


A normal company based on financial decisions and intelectual quality management, where humans are replacable will, with these new methods, face a new challenge. When the humans become aware and self responsible, will leave the old "state and rights of a productive machineì they still have in modern corporations and look for real value of their skills and potential, but as well respect of their own develoopment process and needs to develop. Time management, working schedules, job positions, responsibility, payments, participation, culture, administartion, operations and decision taking will need to change, in order to improve and react properly to humans with awarness and self responsibility. Until now the corporative systhem react only to 10% potential activated productive machines. replacable machines.

By applying this new methods, where, before, function and responsibility did define a job position in the company, humans with awarenes will transfrom the working environment in a "collaboration and natural machine of sustainabilityì responsible for caring of nature, culture and people. Instead of a consumer of human, nature and organization resources, or life resources.

My recent book, "Permanent Human Culture and Human Factor Managementì as well as "Multidimensional Managementì, describe how simple methods, training and principles can help a human community become aware of their potentiality and capacity and relax into a natural process of communication and collaboration, bringing as a result co-creation of an organization that follows inteligence of nature.

Why for companies, organizations and cities, and not only for individuals and sustainable living centers or development organizations?


Are these questions about sustainable living important for an organization or network manager that needs to achieve goals, and follow a bussines plan into a company?

The answer we can find in the concept of collective awareness, that i slightly describe along my books but that you can experience in my seminars and workshops. While the awareness of one individual is important to bring him/her to a sucessfull behavior and life process, the collective awareness, of collective individuals, like companies, organizations or networks, or even cities will bring to human-kind culture and cities a new type of behavior that is necessary to bring the whole planet into a sucessfull and a sustainable life process.

We humans are not defined as ONE individual, but as a collectivity that interact and behave. By influencing one to the other, and by generating a collective behavior, we can observe in small or bigger human communities, in corporations and organizations and along the time line of human history the human evolution in terms of collective awareness and collective behavior. Then we will notice that from taht perspective, even modern technology, information speed, communication advances and transportantion, we did litle steps regards collective awarenes in teh sense of self responsibility, collaboration and well being. why? becouse individuality sells better. To who, we can sell a service that is for the collective interest? To which sector of the market should we advertise it?


But the solution we can find also at ONE common intent of communication and collaboration within the human collective community. Humans are self organized, and the form and behavior this type of organization take will vary accord to the know how, values and principles used by each community, also by their history and experience.


"Permanent human culture. "Can become a culture of humans permanent? Only if humans survive to mankind.


By using some of the tools i described above and the principles i share along my books and workshops, is possible to improve human factor performance, as well as to improve performance of the collective: organizations or networks or cities, or simple improve self-management of own life or individual company.

I wish, in a close future, more people will take the necesary time to look inwards and outwards at teh same time, in order to find and keep integrated the real balance and movement of live. live is not only outside yourself or inside yourself, live is actually you, you are the expression of life and you are the manifestation fo that movement. To know you being and doing who you are is the experience of balance. There is nothing else to do.
